From maintaining the personal finances of certain clients to structuring the firm’s digital and analogue file systems, the administrative staff supports not only the firm’s attorneys, but the firm as a whole. In many cases, our staff has come to know clients on a first-name basis.
Administration
Whitney Wilson joined Wilson & Johnson in 2019 as the Firm Bookkeeper. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Legal Studies, as well as a minor in Psychology from University of Central Florida in 2011. Prior to joining the firm, Whitney worked in Chicago, IL for 6 years as a Senior Services Specialist at CDW Technologies.
Administration
Kelley joined the law firm of Wilson & Johnson in 2015 as an assistant to the administrator and is currently the Office Manager. She has over 30 years of experience in the accounting field that began with a major law firm in the Miami Area.

Marie joined Wilson & Johnson in 2020 after a 14-year career with the Ritz-Carlton, where she worked closely with clients to ensure their complete satisfaction. Marie is a communication and organizational expert and was selected for her position with Wilson & Johnson because of her commitment to excellence and strong eye for detail.

Shae Valdes was born and raised in Naples, FL. and joined the Wilson and Johnson team in November 2018 as legal assistant. She graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University in May 2011 with a Bachelor Degree in both Criminal Forensic and Criminal Justice Studies. Prior to joining the firm, Shae worked for the past 7 years at the Collier County Property Appraisers Office in both the Homestead Exemption and Records Department.

Patricia Gadaleta joined the law firm of Wilson & Johnson in 2008, having recently received an Associate of Arts degree from Edison State College in 2007. Patricia works as an estate planning paralegal and a legal assistant to George Wilson. Prior to joining the firm, Patricia worked as an administrative assistant in the legal department at WCI Communities, Inc.

Renee A. Dunn joined the firm in November of 2021 with over 30 years of experience in the legal field as a paralegal and legal assistant. Renee has been the legal assistant to Robert Buckel for the past 14 years and she joyfully continues in that position. Renee’s daily focus is on client relationships, attention to detail and teamwork.

Rita Cook was born and raised in Broomall, Pennsylvania and relocated to Naples in 2001. She joined Wilson & Johnson as a legal assistant in November 2021 with over 18 years of legal experience. Prior to relocating to Florida, Rita was with a worldwide packaging machinery company for 27 years.
Legal Assistant
Yllen was born in Caracas, Venezuela and is fluent in both English and Spanish. She joined Wilson & Johnson as a Legal Assistant in 2022 with over 15 years of legal experience. Yllen holds a dual degree in Paralegal Studies and Pre-Law and is well-versed in different technology platforms, E-Discovery and Electronically Stored Information (ESI). Yllen is actively involved with her community and enjoys volunteering work whenever there is an opportunity. Traveling, interacting with nature and camping outdoors with her family is another of her expertise.

Denise Bruno grew up on Long Island and graduated from Blake Business School’s Legal Secretarial Program. Prior to her 16-year career working in New York City as a corporate legal secretary, she worked in a bankruptcy law firm. After several vacations in Naples, Florida, Denise and her husband relocated to Naples with their son in 2002. Her long commute to Manhattan has been replaced with sunshine and palm trees. Denise has worked in estate planning as a legal secretary and paralegal.

Bethany was born and raised in Naples, Florida.
She dedicated nine years of her career to the local Sheriff’s Office and decided to expand her career within the legal system by joining Wilson & Johnson.
Bethany approaches each day with a great work ethic and positive attitude and believes she has found a permanent home for her career here at Wilson & Johnson.
Legal Assistant
As a newcomer to the legal profession, Erica is eager to learn and grow at Wilson & Johnson, utilizing her organizational skills and customer service experience. Originally from Maine, she holds a bachelor’s degree in social work and brings a unique perspective to her role, having previously worked with teens and young adults in mental health settings. This experience has fortified her with a strong commitment to helping others. Outside of work, Erica enjoys traveling, reading and hiking with her dog, Pretzel.
