
Blake W. Kirkpatrick
Blake W. Kirkpatrick practices primarily in the areas of estate planning, estate and trust administration, business succession planning and charitable planning. Blake is admitted to practice in Florida and is a Board Certified Specialist in Wills, Trusts & Estates.
Blake obtained his undergraduate degree in Economics from Florida State University, law degree from St. Thomas University and a Master of Arts in Economics from Florida Atlantic University.
He has received the following awards or designations:
- Florida Super Lawyers® (2010-2019, 2021-2026)
- Attorney of the Year, Legal Aid Services of Collier County (2015)
He has been married to his wife for 35+ years and has three children. Outside of the office, Blake is involved in his local church, various Christian missions, and community disaster relief efforts. He has volunteered time with various civic organizations including the annual Collier County Legal Aid Society’s Wills for Heroes event since its inception. He has also coached multiple sports at both the youth recreational and interscholastic levels.
