
Mellissa D. Stubbs
Mellissa D. Stubbs practices in the areas of estate planning, estate and trust administration, business planning, charitable planning, and guardianship. Ms. Stubbs earned her J.D. from Ave Maria School of law, where she was on the Dean’s List all six semesters and graduated magna cum laude, ranked 3rd in her class. While in law school, she was a member of the Ave Maria Moot Court and served on the board as Vice President of Publications during her final year. She received the top grades in the class in Legal Research and Writing I; Legal Research and Writing II; Wills Trusts, and Estates; and Jurisprudence. Ms. Stubbs is a member of the Collier County Bar Association, including Women’s Bar Association and a member of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law section of the Florida Bar.
